O.ME.P.S. S.r.l. is an Italian company leader in the design, manufacturing and commercialization of pressurized aluminium silo trailers for the transport of dry bulk, powder and granular materials, a niche within the specialized industrial vehicles segment for bulk transport. Founded in 1999, the company specializes in the production of custom solutions tailored to the specific operational needs of end customers. Production is carried out entirely in Italy and is based on specialized technical know-how, manufacturing quality and product customization.

The transaction is aimed at supporting O.ME.P.S. in a new phase of growth, in continuity with the company’s history and local roots. Following WindeX’s investment, the company will be able to accelerate its international expansion, pursue development opportunities in high-potential markets and launch a managerialization and industrial strengthening process aimed at improving productivity, workflows and purchasing processes.
