Windex acquires Omeps

Windex Investment Club has acquired 100% of O.ME.P.S., thereby consolidating its role as a holding company dedicated to the generational handover of outstanding small Italian businesses. O.ME.P.S. is a leading Italian company specialising in the design and manufacture of pressurised aluminium silo trailers for the transport of bulk, powdery and granular products. The transaction was finalised through a special purpose vehicle owned by WindeX and a group of high-profile private investors linked to the Swiss and Italian business communities. Clessidra Capital Credit SGR supported the transaction with subordinated financing. The acquisition financing was provided by Banca IFIS and UniCredit.
